Click to download Inspire Athlete Inquiry Form at left. Then complete the form and bring it with you to the athlete's first session, or Drop it off at PBI prior to first session.
Select the program of your choice below to enroll. Proceed to checkout, then click "continue" to complete your enrollment.
If you wish to pay by check for the program, please download and complete the Registration form (see left), and submit a check payable to Neal Pire prior to first session.
