How long are sessions?
Sessions are about 1-hour in length - a dynamic agility and muscle activation warm-up is followed by varying cycles of resistance training, aerobic and anaerobic circuit intervals, core stabilization, and finally a cooldown, and you got your day started off just right!

Where are the sessions offered?
Sessions are offered at Volt Fitness, at 566 South Broad Street, on the Ridgewood-Glen Rock border, just down the street from the Ridgewood commuter train station.

When are the sessions offered?
Sessions are available at either 6:00am, 7:00am, or 8:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
