What is insPIRE Golf Conditioning?
insPIRE Golf Conditioning is a comprehensive conditioning program utilizing training strategies used by the pros today. It's goals focus on improving the golfer's body stability and mobility. This "Big Picture" approach improves the golfer's game while reducing their risk of injury.

How does insPIRE help today's Golfer?
There are over 26 million golfers in the US today. Lower back pain accounts for 50% of all golf-related complaints. For Pro golfers, lower back pain accounts for about 80% of their physical complaints. This indicates that their is an inherent, sports-related cause for these injuries.

Most injuries are overuse-related due to Deconditioned Muscles, Lack of Flexibility, Poor Swing Mechanics, General fatigue, and Excessive Practice (you can’t change a Winter of deconditioning in 100 swings at the driving range the day before a match - yet how common is this???)

The Primary Sport-Specific Factors is the Massive Torque Production in low back and hips during the golf swing, as well as General fatigue, which results in poor mechanics and compensatory changes leading to increased stress on the skeletal system.

insPIRE Golf Conditioning makes sense!
Prepare for the stresses of the game, and enhance endurance, and you’ll reduce the risk of injury.
